"OAMI" faces competition
Known to English-speakers by its acronym OHIM, the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market has four other names, representing the four official languages other than English in which it functions. The Spanish acronym is OAMI - which explains why people "in the know" in Alicante call the Community's trade mark and design registration office "Oami" and why its website is http://oami.europa.eu/
