OHIM's case law review for 2009 now available
On its website OHIM has now published its Case Law Review for 2009 covering everything from "position marks" to "marks with reputation". The case law review is part of OHIM's Annual Report for 2009, which can be found here.
A well written and concise summary of recent developments in European trade mark law, this Case Law Review is a "must read" for all trade mark enthusiasts.
