Statistics regarding the number of Community trade mark applications, registrations, cancellations and oppositions for the first half of 2007 can be retrieved here (in PDF format). There is a pan-European trend for more trade mark applications, that is, more national, international and Community trade mark applications, which can be seen here. The number of appeals is also still increasing.
