New trade mark research tool CETMOS
According to the Austrian Patent Office, CETMOS
“…offers you a survey of trade marks in force or pending in the participating Central and Eastern European countries which are considered similar and identical compared to your sign.”CETMOS offers trade mark searches in the national and international trade mark registers of 9 countries, i.e. Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia Slovenia, as well as the Community trade marks register. The language of the service is English but information can also be obtained directly from the participating national offices in the official language of each country.
