AdWords: first glimpse on Advocate General's conclusions in Vuitton / Google

AdWords: first glimpse on Advocate General's conclusions in Vuitton / Google
Today the conclusions of advocate general Luís Miguel Poiares Pessoa Maduro are expected in the first series of ECJ preliminary rulings regarding sponsored links.
Before the conclusions are published, the Court released a statement which quotes parts of Mr Maduro opinion:
- “Internet users’ access to information concerning the trademark should not be limited to or by the trademark owner”
- "Google has not infringed trademark rights by allowing advertisers to buy keywords corresponding to registered trademarks"
