By Vienna (Classification) Notification No. 30, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) announces the ratification of the Vienna Agreement Establishing an International Classification of the Figurative Elements of Marks by the Republic of Serbia. This Agreement enters into force, with respect to Serbia, on 15 October 2009. On that date, 27 countries will be operating the Agreement, of which 16 are European.
