OHIM lays down instructions for Board of Appeal proceedings
OHIM’s website brings news of a decision of the Presidium of the Boards of Appeal laying down practical instructions regarding the main elements for proceedings before the Boards of Appeal, in accordance with Article 1(6) (d) of the Rules of Procedure of the Boards of Appeal.
