Finland: Centralization of IPR litigation
In line with the national IPR strategy the Finnish Ministry of Justice has established a committee which is to prepare a proposal for centralizing all IPR litigation at the Market Court. The centralization would inter alia spell an end to the Boards of Appeal of the National Board of Patents and Registration (NBPR).
The committee should conclude their work by 28 February 2010.
