Class 46 thanks Shireen Smith (Azrights) for sending in this example of an unsolicited pro-forma invoice for £573.40, inclusive of VAT, submitted to an unsuspecting UK trade mark applicant in the hope of squeezing some money from him by preparing an application for a Community trade mark. The business issuing the invoice calls itself 'Community Trade Mark Filing Service' and gives an address in Liverpool, United Kingdom. Its website is here and you can form your own opinion of it.
