Ukraine signs up to figurative marks agreement
By Vienna (Classification) Notification No. 29 the World Intellectual Property Organization has announced today that Ukraine has deposited its instrument of accession to the Vienna Agreement Establishing an International Classification of the Figurative Elements of Marks. That Agreement comes into force, with regard to Ukraine, on 29 July 2009.
