OHIM: April Edition of Alicante News
The latest issue of Alicante News, the OHIM's monthly newsletter, has now been published. The April edition's country overview focuses on France. The subject of James Nurton's in-depth interview is Patrick Van de Vorst, Knijff/Multisearch. There is the usual selection of case law from the Office itself, the ECJ and from the Court of First Instance. The newsletter also contains information on OHIM's E-business roundup (2009) and on the impact of the changes to the Council Regulation on the Community trade marks, as well as detailed monthly statistical highlights for March 2009; plus we learn how the E-Communication system gets even better.
