Spain signs up for Singapore Treaty
By Singapore Notification No. 13, WIPO has announced that the Kingdom of Spain, on 18 February 2009, ratified the Singapore Treaty on the Law of Trademarks. The Treaty enters into force, with respect to Spain, on 18 May 2009. Spain's ratification will bring to eleven the number of Singapore-friendly jurisdictions.
