Domain name complaints before WIPO - US wins gold
WIPO has published some quite interesting statistics on domain name case disputes brought before it. Apparently – and not surprisingly – the US ranks first in complaints filed thus far, with US entities being behind of almost 1 out of every 2 complaints filed.
Far behind comes 2nd France with almost 11% of complaints. Unfortunately for IP/IT lawyers in Greece, Greek entities have filed only 10 complaints, that is less than 1% of the total complaints filed. The full list can be found here.
