More fee cut news: statement by OHIM President Wubbo de Boer
This is our third installment of news concerning the planned Community trade mark fee cut. The OHIM has now also released the following statement by OHIM President Wubbo de Boer (left), who said:
"This fee reduction is the culmination of many years of hard work at OHIM, and reflects the gains made in efficiency and productivity that we have made. This is a victory for all the undertakings, large and small needing access to affordable protection for their intellectual property rights in Europe. It demonstrates that public agencies can deliver top quality service, while also being cost-effective and reactive to customers’ needs."
