Ukraine: trade marks database to be accessible free of charge
The Ukrainian Institute of Industrial Property signals that as from 1 November 2008, access to the database "Marks for Goods and Services Registered in Ukraine" becomes free of charge.
Access to the Ukrainian trade marks database is provided for free pursuant to an ordinance of the State Department of Intellectual Property from May 19, 2008.
At publishing time, actual access to the database could not be tested.
