First Bunnies Giving Back
More bunny-related news. In a marketing campaign aimed for the season of giving, the Finnish company, Berner, will be donating one euro from each sale of its children’s toy, Ainu Ensipupu (free translation: Ainu Firstbunny) to the childcare organization, SOS Children´s Villages.
Ainu-bunnies have proved to be wildly popular and have their own fan sites etc. The bunnies are designed bear likeness to mother’s breast so as to create a sensation of security in the end-user. The target group for all the Ainu-products are children under the age of three (the end-users) and their parents (who obviously have all the purchasing power in this arrangement.)
