Coexistence workshop comes to Switzerland
Readers of this weblog will recall that MARQUES ran two highly successful and most enjoyable Coexistence Agreement Workshops earlier this year, one in Rotterdam and the other in Munich. Encouraged by these events, MARQUES will be taking a Coexistence Agreement Workshop to Switzerland in the new year -- literally breaking new ground as we venture on to Swiss soil with this programme for the first time.

Coexistence workshop comes to Switzerland
The object of this workshop, which will be conducted in the German language, is to sensitise participants to the commercial and legal issues that arise when the potential conflict of two or more businesses with similar brands and trade marks may be avoided by negotiating a prior rights agreement.
The event takes place on 5 February 2014 in the office of law firm Meyerlustenberger Lachenal, Forchstrasse 452
Zürich. If you are planning to attend, do remember to bring your gloves and winter woollies: while your reception at the event will be warm and cordial, the temperature in February ranges from a high of 4 degrees to a low of minus 3, and you might expect around 10 cm of snow.
