Germany: current issue of PMZ with Federal Patent Court statistics
This issue contains statistics of cases decided by German Federal Patent Court (Bundespatentgericht) for the years 2005 - 2007. In 2005 the Trade Mark senats (Marken-Beschwerde Senate) decided 2282 cases, in 2006 1895 cases and in 2007 the senats decided 1704 cases.
This issue of the "PMZ" also contains trade mark statistics for 2007 (German marks, International marks, oppositions).
