User satisfaction survey
From 15 January, all users who interacted with the Office in 2017 will have the opportunity to share their opinion on EUIPO services through the user satisfaction survey. By gathering users feedback, the Office will be able to better understand users’ needs and expectations and thus to improve their experience of EUIPO services.
The user satisfaction survey is sent via e-mail to the users of EUIPO’s services. More information is available here.
MARQUES encourages all members who have used the Office’s services in the past year to fill in the survey.
Cooperation projects
Between 30 November and 5 December 2017 EUIPO hosted the 2017 TM5 and ID5 Annual Meetings, where some 25 cooperation projects were discussed. Users associations, including MARQUES, took part in the meetings and workshops. The results of the meetings are available on the “International cooperation” section of EUIPO’s website.
In addition, four regional workshops took place in Latin America and the Caribbean in November and December, focusing on extending the benefits of the European Union Intellectual Property Network (EUIPN). Thirty-two non-EU IP offices and three Secretariats were invited to participate in the regional workshops.
