The first is titled Seminar on the Hague System for the International Registration of Industrial Designs: Advantages and Functioning of an Ever-Expanding System and will take place on 10th November from 9am to 5pm in English. Registration is open until 3rd November. The second is the Seminar on the Practical Aspects of the Madrid System for the International Registration of Marks and takes place on 24th and 25th November in English. It is targeted at users of the Madrid System; registration costs Sfr600 and can be made online until 18th November. WIPO has also announced the termination of the London (1934) Act of the Hague Agreement effective 18th October 2016. The 1934 Act has been frozen since 1st January 2010.
