These include: New call back strategy: EUIPO’s new strategy aims to extend the contact hours of examiners and put in place a call back system if the examiner is not available at a particular time. The purpose is to increase examiners’ accessibility. International cooperation: International Registrations from WIPO in TMview have been updated. WIPO now also provides IRs in the filed, ended and expired statuses as well as more detailed information on recordals. European cooperation: More than 100 experts from EU IP offices and user associations met in Alicante from 12th to 15th September to begin work on the European cooperation projects. Work on the projects, which are organized into five strands, will continue until 2020. Find out more in the EUIPO Strategic Plan 2020.
