The programme will start at 09.30. Following introductions by MARQUES Chair Uwe Over and Mr Justice Sean Ryan, President of the Court of Appeal, there will be three discussion sessions featuring judges.
The topics of the sessions are adducing expert opinion evidence and market survey evidence; jurisdiction for online infringement and preliminary measures; active trial and case management and appeals from the Controller.
The judges taking part are Mr Justice Frank Clarke of the Supreme Court, Mr Justice Peter Charleton of the Supreme Court, Mr Justice Peter Kelly of the Court of Appeal, Mrs Justice Mary Finlay Geoghegan of the Court of Appeal and Mrs Justice Caroline Costello of the High Court.
The programme includes lunch and finishes at 15.30 with coffee.
