MARQUES, the European Association of Trade Mark Owners invites you to the meet with the Dutch judges that regularly render judgments in trade mark matters.

Within its programme of Conferences established in order to promote the knowledge and understanding of trade mark law with the trade mark users as well as the trade mark judges in various EU countries, MARQUES has before organised several meeting such as these in the EU. This meeting in The Netherlands is organized in cooperation with the Benelux Organisation for Intellectual Property and the Benelux Association for Trade Mark and Design Law (BMM).

The judges will give lectures on the main substantive and procedural aspects of community and national trade marks. There will also be an opportunity to put your questions to the Judges.

The attendance fee is 300.00 EUR.
The seminar will be held in Dutch.
