Protecting Trademarks with Arbitration and Domain Name UDRP
Friday 28 August 2015
51 Bras Basah Road #1-01, Singapore 189554

MARQUES, the European Association of Trade Mark Owners invites you to a meeting in Singapore focussing on using arbitration and Domain Name UDRP as tools to protect trademarks.

With presentations by renowned litigators and arbitration practitioners, this MARQUES seminar seeks to raise the awareness of arbitration and Domain Name UDRP. Besides a theoretical introduction, the speakers will also discuss how these alternate dispute resolution methods can be applied practically. Sponsored by Wildpeak Pte Ltd, this seminar closes the Intellectual Property (IP) Week@ SG 2015, of which the 5th Global Forum on Intellectual Property (GFIP) is the opening anchor event.

The 5th GFIP will witness the gathering of IP thought leaders, academia, legal and business powerhouses to discuss the rapidly evolving global IP terrain, the unprecedented opportunities it presents, as well as related ‘hot-button’ issues. For more information on the 5th GFIP organised by IP Academy, please click here.
