For this the
26th MARQUES Annual Conference the
theme is Trade Marks: Sign of the Times. Speakers will
discuss topical issues for brand owners in 2012, including the impact of
social media and domain name expansion; new enforcement and
anti-counterfeiting strategies and the latest developments on
third-party use of trade marks. There will also be the regular workshops
and updates on WIPO, OHIM and CJEU case law. |
