MARQUES sends a letter to the EC Commission on the CTMR Revision
The letter expresses MARQUES concern regarding the proposal for a revised version of the Trademark Directive and the Community Trademark Regulation in the context of the "Better Regulation". It is MARQUES opinion that to codify and thereby to re-title these provisions will have a very notable legal and practical impact. In this letter, MARQUES registers its full support to the request to the governments of the Member States of the EU to oppose this legislative initiative. This paper can be downloaded here.
