and Mediation Centre has announced that it will be holding the following
events in Geneva, in October 2008.
October 21-22: WIPO
Arbitration Workshop
October 23-24: WIPO Advance
Workshop on Domain Name Dispute Resolution
Please note
WIPO is offering

successful seminar with CTM Judges in Alicante on June 11 which had more
than 50 attendees and included presentations from 4 Judges; one of the Court
of First Instance and 3 from the Court of Appeal, the
MARQUES
Programming Committee is now planning to hold a similar event in Geneva in
late October. Further details will be available on the

report on the first 150 decisions on the Invalidity of Registered Community
Design the

Designs Team extended the report to include the first 300 decisions.

substantial award for damages was upheld.
