Anti-Counterfeiting & Parallel Trade Team have published a report on
the
Amendments to the Spanish Criminal Code which will come into force
on 23rd December 2010.
he British Brands Group and Anti-Counterfeiting Group have published a
Manifesto for Brands. The Manifesto contains a six point plan
for the greater creation of wealth, jobs and competitiveness. The

The
Cyberpsace Team have have published a report on the
Google keyword advertising case, in a long-awaited ruling, the Court of
Justice of the European Union confirmed on 23 March, 2010 that Google's
lucrative AdWords business does not breach trade mark law (Case C-236/08).
