The
Geographical Indications Team has published summary of the
EC Wine Regulation (and the implementing regulation ) which became
applicable on 1st August 2009, the team have also published a guide to
Italy's new rules on "entirely" Italian products as well as a guide
to the
Protection of Geographical Indication of Spirit Drinks (EC Regulation No.
110/2008).
The
Brands & Marketing Team have published a study by BASCAP on
the Ecomonic Impact of IP Crime. A summary and the full
report can be

The
Designs Team has published a Position Paper on the Public Access
to Non-Registerable Designs, a copy of the Position Paper can be
