MARQUES, the European Association of Trade Mark Owners invites you to the Third Meeting with the Judges of the German Trademark Courts.

Within its programme of Conferences established in order to promote the study and collaboration between trademark users and the Judges of the Community Trademark Courts in various EU countries, MARQUES has organised the Third of these Meetings in Germany in cooperation with the Markenverband and the German Patents and Trademark Office.

The German Judges will give lectures on the main subjects that concern community trademarks, such as distinctiveness, risk of confusion and association of trademarks; value of well-known trademarks; preliminary measures; cross-border injunctions and parallel imports; and recovering of damages. There will also be an opportunity to put your questions to the Judges.

The attendance fee is 300.00 EUR.
The seminar will be held in German.
