MARQUES invites you to the Second Meeting with the Judges of the Community Trademark Courts.

Within its programme of Conferences established in order to promote the study and collaboration between trademark users and the Judges of the Community Trademark Courts in various EU countries, MARQUES has organised the Second of these Meetings together with the Italian Patent and Trademark Office.

The Italian Judges will give lectures on the main subjects that concern community trademarks, such as distinctiveness, risk of confusion and association of trademarks; value of well-known trademarks; preliminary measures; cross-border injunctions and parallel imports; and recovering of damages. There will also be an opportunity to put your questions to the Judges.

This event will have simultaneous translation between English and Italian.
