The Alliance Against IP Theft, a UK-based coalition of trade associations representing intellectual property owners, has just announced that it is rebranding itself as the Alliance For Intellectual Property.  If nothing else, the rebrand comes with a handsome new logo -- and this blogger is firmly of the opinion that an Alliance For something sounds far more positive than an Alliance Against it.
