Most important Court of Justice rulings: have your say!
Class 46 is compiling a snapshot of readers' opinions as to which are the most important trade mark law rulings of the Court of Justice of the European Union.  This will lead to a readers' Top Twenty Cases, which we will publish on this weblog for all to see.

To help us, please pick your selection of what you consider to be the FIVE most important Court of Justice rulings on trade mark law.  The cases can be on Community trade marks, national marks, registration, infringement, enforcement, border controls, licensing -- you decide!  Just email your choice to Class 46 team member Jeremy here, with the subject heading "Top Twenty", listing the most important case first, the second most important case second, and so on.   The list will close at midnight on 31 October, so you've got plenty of time to decide which cases you think are truly the most important.
