Estonian domain name registration gets "ee-sier"

The Top Level Domain for  EU Member State Estonia is .ee. That country's current registration rules are quite restrictive, allowing just one domain name per Estonian citizen.  This all changes on Monday 5 July, when the only restriction will be that any person or company will be able to register a .ee domain name if he, she or it has a local administrative contact in Estonia with a personal identification number.
