Now in its sixth year, Class 46  is dedicated to European trade mark law and practice.  This weblog is written by a team of enthusiasts who want to spread the word and share their thoughts with others.

Alicante offers modules for Community trade marks and designs
The Magister Lvcentinvs programme of the University of Alicante is offering two special modules this February, respectively covering Community trade marks and Community designs.  Both events are to be hosted by the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market, Alicante.  Details are as follows:

Community Trade Mark and Design Special Modules

The Community Trade Mark and Design Special Module is a programme that takes place in Alicante, seat of the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM), of the European Union. It is organised by the Magister Lvcentinvs, with collaboration of OHIM and the General Foundation of the University of Alicante.

The conferences will be held by professionals from the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) and by academics and professionals from renowned European law firms.

The one-week programme is designed for lawyers, law graduates, and professionals, who wish to specialize in the practice of Community Trade Mark and Design Prosecution and Litigation. The programme is particularly suitable for practitioners and professionals unable to interrupt their professional activities for long periods of time. The participants will share their academic activities with specialists and Magister Lvcentinvs students coming from different countries, mainly from the European Union and Latin America.

    Language

    All special module programmes are taught fully in English, in order to promote international participation.
