Now Kosovo accepts availability search requests
 Kosovo's Pantent and Trade Mark Office has begun accept ing trade mark availability search requests, according to information received from PETOŠEVIĆ. The official search covers pending trad emark applications as well as registrations. The official fee is EUR 20 (US$ 28) per search -- but don't be too impatient: it may take up to 10 working days to receive your search results.

This facility is currently available for word marks only, but if anyone can lend the Kosovo PTO some appropriate software and a little help in using it, it will be able to provide searches for figurative marks too.
