Big Max Planck European trade mark study: more details
 Readers of Class 46 may have seen references from time to time to the Max Planck Institute's project for the Study on the overall functioning of the Trade Mark System in Europe from the European Commission. This Study will be concluded towards the end of this year.
If you want to know more about it, there is information available on the websites of MARQUES, the Max Planck Institute itself, the European Commission's Single Market pages and the Institut für Demoskopie Allensbach (IFD). The MARQUES link gives details of, among other things, the organisation's Study Task Force.
