Trade mark fee reduction for Hungary
Ákos Süle (an Attorney at Law with Bogsch & Partners) informs Class 46 as follows:
"There's good news for those trade mark applicants who are interested in Hungary --the cost of securing a Hungarian trade mark has fallen by more than 40% where three classes of goods/services are claimed. The fee reduction is 30% where two classes of goods/services are claimed. This fee reduction entered into force on 11 June and is applicable for all new trade mark applications. Patent annuities have been also reduced for Hungary". The Hungarian Patent Office's trade mark pages contain further information concerning costs, which is in the process of being translated into English.
