Next week's attractions

Next Wednesday, 25 March, is a blockbuster day for Community trade marks with some extremely important and hard-fought battles being determined by the Court of First Instance of the European Communities.

The First Chamber gives its ruling in Case T-191/07 Anheuser-Busch v OHIM - Budejovický Budvar (BUDWEISER).  Additionally the Fifth Chamber gives its ruling in Cases T-402/07 Kaul v OHIM - Bayer (ARCOL),  T-109/07 L'Oréal v OHIM - Spa Monopole (SPA THERAPY) and T-21/07 L'Oréal v OHIM - Spa Monopole (SPALINE).
