Domain names conference
On 25 March 2009 there is a one-day conference "Domains, Domain Disputes and Brands: the Legal and Practical Aspects: From Management to Damages". Organised by CLT Conferences, this event is being held in Central London. Details of the programme can be obtained here. Free registration is the prize for the person who comes up with the best summary, using no more than eleven words, of the Opinion of Advocate General Mengozzi in Case C-487/07 L'Oréal SA v Bellure.
