Now in its sixth year, Class 46 is dedicated to European trade mark law and practice. This weblog is written by a team of enthusiasts who want to spread the word and share their thoughts with others.


	WEDNESDAY, 18 JUNE 2008 Latest Alicante News now published Today, the OHIM's monthly newsletter "Alicante News" has been published. It starts with the editorial announcement of the launch of OHIM's new website, which is scheduled for 1 July 2008. As usual,the newsletter provides its readers with a review of recent Board of Appeals decisions and covers the latest trade mark and design news from The Court of Justice of the European Communities (ECJ) and the Court of the First Instance (CFI).
