Update - OHIM Service Charter
 On its website OHIM shares the latest figures of its performance
"...against the standards published in the OHIM Service Charter show that in the fourth quarter of 2007 the timeliness targets for publishing Community trade mark applications and dealing with the examination process continued to be met. However, the performance with regards to handling opposition decisions was below target."
