Germany: legal podcasting service jcast.de

On its website Deutschlandradio features an interesting article on how podcasts are increasingly used at universities. This article also reports of a group of German law students who have created a special legal podcasting service called jcast.de.

Jcast.de covers current legal developments in media law, telecommunications law, copyright and - of most interest to us -trade mark law. The site is affiliated with the University of Muenster and offers a nice archive of topics and featured case law. The site is updated on a regular basis and is entertaining as well as very informative and well researched.
