Class 46 - for your European trade mark news

Now in its sixth year, Class 46 is dedicated to European trade mark law and practice. This weblog is written by a team of enthusiasts who want to spread the word and share their thoughts with others.


	MONDAY, 31 DECEMBER 2007 EU: domain names and trade marks According to the http://www.eurid.eu/ website there are 2,716,339 registered .eu domain names, as of 31 December 2007. Statistics displayed on the ohim.eu website show that 80,776 Community trade marks were issued this year, which makes a grand total of 634,682 CTMs in force.
